Franklin Water Cartage was first Established in 2011 by local Tuakau resident Colin Booker and his wife Nicky.

 

This adventure began due to Colin's will to transition from his long career as a diesel mechanic.

 

With over two decades of experience in heavy machinery repairs and maintenance for local growers, Colin decided to explore this new opportunity in the water cartage industry.

Starting with just one truck dedicated to water cartage, Colin's venture soon expanded to include four trucks, covering both water cartage and local tipper work.

 

Over the years, Colin and Nicky have witnessed the industry's ups and downs, particularly during the demanding summer months when the need for water is urgent and immediate.
